ATTENTION: The organizers of the Conference on “Fraktur and the Everyday Lives of Germans in Pennsylvania and the Atlantic World” regret to announce that Thursday evening’s opening events at the Free Library of Philadelphia have been cancelled because of severe weather conditions. Conference events on Friday and Saturday will convene as listed in the program. We are attempting to make alternative arrangements for the keynote address and Free Library exhibition tours originally scheduled for Thursday evening.
